We specialise in bespoke travel planning, private jet charters, luxury accommodations, yacht charters, lifestyle management, itinerary planning, event access and concierge services worldwide.
We curate all kinds of holidays, such as ski, beach, honeymoons, safaris, city breaks, uk staycations and much more.
We can also provide accommodation only, world class hotels and villas.

Travel Questions
Do I need to be a member to book travel through TLG?
No, membership is not required to book travel through us. Our concierge membership is a separate offering. Anyone can access our luxury travel services and it doesn’t cost you any extra. Just with the added benefit of expert planning and personalised support.
Can TLG do accommodation - only bookings?
Yes, we can absolutely book luxury accommodation only stays. Lots of our clients, for example, have points to use for fights and just want us to handle accommodation. This is something we do regularly – we have VIP connections to the world’s top hotels, meaning you get first class service.
Do you charge an additional fee when you book my travel?
No, we do not charge any additional fees for travel bookings. You are simply supporting a smaller independent business, rather than a large corporate one (ensuring a personalised experience!).

How is your service different from a traditional travel agency?
Unlike standard agencies, we offer a fully customised, personable, end-to-end service with access to exclusive experiences and elite global partnerships.
What destinations do you specialise in ?
We have expert knowledge and exclusive partnerships worldwide, from the Maldives, Santorini and LA to African Safaris, Amalfi Coast retreats and French château hideaways.
How does the travel process actually work?
You get in touch, we hop on a call and chat about what you’re looking for. We’ll send a proposal your way with all the information you will need to make a decision (room category, quotes, cancellation policies c.t.c).
Once you’re ready, we collect a deposit from you and book your trip!

Yes! Through our extensive partnerships, we have access to world leading exclusive perks, offers and discounts for your luxury trips.

Are my trips financially protected?
100%. TLG go above and beyond to ensure client monies are financially protected. We are members of Protected Trust Services who provide us with a private Trust Account to do so. Plus all packages are protected by supplier’s ATOL (extra peace of mind!).
Can you arrange last minute trips?
As the saying goes, the early bird gets the worm, or in our case the best hotels or villas! We are of course able to plan and secure last minute trips, utilising our global network, but remember, the earlier you book, the more options you’ll have!
Can you personalise my whole trip?
Absolutely. To us, you aren’t just another number, we take the time to get to know you personally. That way, every detail is tailored to your preferences – after your first trip, you wont even need to remind us, we already know exactly what you want to make your experience perfect.

Do you offer concierge services without booking travel?
Absolutely. We provide standalone concierge membership, details of what this includes below.
Can you arrange last minute and in demand reservations at restaurants?
Yes! Through our extensive partnerships, we secure hard to get and/or last minute tables at high end restaurants for private clients.
What does your private concierge membership include?
Depending on the tier chosen (three available), our concierge service unlocks the inaccessible, handling lifestyle management, exclusive reservations, private event and occasion planning, personal shopping, private staffing and other bespoke requests.
What makes your concierge membership unique?
